PRODUCT DETAILS

This 6 inch long, stainless steel tool is used for digging out buried wicks. A special shaped cutting edge will plow through wax but will never sever the wick. The tool is also a wick dipper which snuffs the candle smokeless. Wick Repair: Use the chisel to pry away and loosen wax from around the buried wick. Then scoop toward and around the wick to carve out loose wax. "Scooping" will smooth out uneven surfaces and create a pool for melted wax. Cleaning: Pry away obstructing wax. Scoop out loose wax, match tips and other debris. Snuffing: To snuff the flame, use the chisel to submerge the wick in the wax and then recenter the wick.
